Sedemac Mechatronics IPO: Price Band, Key Dates, and Listing Details
Sedemac Mechatronics Ltd., a leading auto components manufacturer, announced the details for its upcoming Initial Public Offering (IPO) this Thursday. The ₹1,087.45 crore IPO consists entirely of an Offer for Sale (OFS) of 80.43 lakh shares, with no fresh issue of shares.
Key IPO Dates and Price Band
The subscription window for the IPO opens on March 4 and closes on March 6. The company has set the price band between ₹1,287 and ₹1,352 per share.
For retail investors, the minimum bid size is 11 shares, requiring an investment of ₹14,872. Large institutional investors can begin bidding through the anchor route on March 2.
The share allotment is expected to be finalized on March 9, with shares credited to demat accounts by March 10. Sedemac Mechatronics is scheduled to list on both the NSE and BSE on March 11.
Shareholding and Offer for Sale (OFS)
Since this is an Offer for Sale, the money raised will go to the selling shareholders rather than the company. Those selling their stakes include:
- Promoters: Manish Sharma and Ashwini Amit Dixit.
- Investors: Mace Private Limited, A91 Emerging Fund II LLP, Xponentia Opportunities Fund II, 360 One Monopolistic Market Intermediaries Fund, and HDFC Life Insurance Co.

According to its official documents, the company is a market leader in India for power generator (genset) controllers. It held an estimated market share of 75% to 77% during the nine months ending in December 2025.
