Vivo has officially confirmed the launch of its new flagship smartphone, the Vivo X200T, in India this month. The phone will join the Vivo X200 and Vivo X200 Pro in the X200 series and aims to offer premium performance and camera features at a more competitive price. Vivo is strongly highlighting the phone’s camera capabilities, calling it a “Camera Built for Distance, Detail, and Depth.”

Vivo X200T India Launch Date

As per Vivo’s official announcement, the Vivo X200T will launch in India on January 27. The smartphone will be available for purchase through Flipkart, with the launch event scheduled for 12 PM.

Vivo X200T Camera Features Confirmed

Vivo has confirmed a powerful triple 50MP Zeiss camera setup on the X200T. The phone will feature:

  • 50MP Zeiss super telephoto camera with 3x to 10x zoom, designed for capturing distant subjects with clear details and natural background separation
  • 50MP Zeiss main camera for everyday photography
  • 50MP Zeiss ultrawide camera for landscapes, architecture, group photos, and wide scenes

This setup positions the Vivo X200T as a strong camera-focused flagship smartphone.

Vivo X200T Expected Specifications and Features

The Vivo X200T is expected to sport a 6.67-inch 1.5K AMOLED display with a resolution of 1260 x 2800 pixels. The device is also tipped to come with IP68 and IP69 ratings for dust and water resistance.

Under the hood, the phone is likely to be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ chipset, paired with 12GB LPDDR5x RAM and up to 512GB UFS 4.1 storage. It is expected to run Android 16-based OriginOS 6, with Vivo promising five years of OS updates and seven years of security patches.

Battery life should be another highlight, with a 6,200mAh battery supporting 90W wired fast charging and 40W wireless charging. Other expected features include Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, USB Type-C, a 3D ultrasonic in-display fingerprint scanner, and an advanced 4.5K nanofluid vapour chamber cooling system for sustained performance.

Vivo X200T Expected Price in India

As per recent leaks, the Vivo X200T price in India could start at Rs 59,999 for the 12GB RAM + 256GB storage variant. The higher 12GB RAM + 512GB storage model is expected to be priced at Rs 69,999. The phone is likely to launch in black and purple colour options.

With its powerful camera setup, long software support, and flagship-grade hardware, the Vivo X200T is shaping up to be a strong contender in India’s premium smartphone segment.
