Nvidia Q4 Earnings: Analysts Predict Strong Revenue and Profit Growth
Nvidia is set to announce its fourth-quarter earnings for fiscal year 2026 on Feb. 25. Investors are watching the AI chip leader closely to see if its financial results justify recent high levels of spending.
According to analyst estimates on Bloomberg, Nvidia is expected to report revenue of $66 billion. This marks a 67.58% increase from the $39.3 billion reported during the same period last year.
Growth in Data Centers and Net Income
A major part of this growth comes from the company’s data center business. Revenue in this segment is expected to rise nearly 70%, reaching $60.3 billion compared to $35.5 billion a year ago.
Analysts also predict a strong jump in net income. Forecasts suggest a 70% increase to $37.4 billion, up from $22 billion in the fourth quarter of 2025. Additionally, the company’s net margin is expected to improve slightly to 56.57%, up from 56.10% last year.
Earnings per share are estimated to rise by more than 72%, moving from $0.89 to $1.53.
Profit Margins and Performance
The tech giant, led by CEO Jensen Huang, is projected to see its gross profit grow by 71.28% to reach $49.6 billion. Analysts also expect the gross margin to increase to 74.7%, compared to 73.5% in the previous year.
Key Operational Estimates
While Nvidia’s success continues, its costs are also rising. Total operating expenses are expected to grow by 47% to approximately $5 billion. However, operating income is still projected to climb significantly to $44.5 billion, a 74.6% increase over last year’s $25.5 billion.
The estimated operating margin stands at 67.4%, which is nearly a 4% increase from the 64.88% reported in the same quarter last year.
Nvidia Share Price Performance
Ahead of the official announcement, Nvidia shares rose 2% to $196.59 on the New York Stock Exchange. This outperformed the tech-focused Nasdaq Composite index, which gained 0.9%.
Wall Street remains optimistic about the chipmaker’s results, with major market indices showing gains as investors wait for the final report.
