The enterprise value of Indamer Technics is Rs 330 crore. The deal was first announced in August last year.

The Adani Group has now completed the acquisition of Indamer Technics Pvt. Ltd. This move will help the group expand its presence in the aircraft services and Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) sector.

Horizon Aero Solutions Ltd., a step-down subsidiary of Adani Enterprises Ltd., has acquired 100% shareholding in Indamer Technics through a share purchase agreement. The company shared this update in a stock exchange filing late Friday.

The enterprise value of Indamer Technics is Rs 330 crore, as announced earlier.

Indamer Technics: A Leading MRO Company in India

Indamer Technics is one of India’s leading private MRO companies. It operates a modern 30-acre facility in the MIHAN Special Economic Zone (SEZ) in Nagpur.

The company provides a full range of MRO services to major Indian and international customers.

About Horizon Aero Solutions

Horizon Aero Solutions is a private-sector MRO service provider. It is a 50:50 joint venture between Adani Defence and Prime Aero.

Prime Aero is owned by Prajay Patel, who is also the director of Indamer Technics.

Global Approvals and Facility Capacity

Indamer Technics is approved by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA), the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) of the United States, and other global aviation regulators.

Its Nagpur facility can handle up to 15 aircraft bays across 10 hangars. This large capacity supports a wide range of aircraft maintenance needs.

Growth of India’s MRO Industry

The Adani Group is India’s largest private airport operator, managing eight domestic airports.

India’s MRO industry is expected to grow strongly in the coming years. Rising air travel demand and ongoing infrastructure expansion are likely to drive this growth.
